언어, 화면·속도 설정, 닉네임, 가상 이동 거리·시간, 기념 조각 달성 상태, 개인 메모와 작성 일시를 기기의 앱 저장공간 또는 브라우저 저장소에 보관합니다. 이어 걷기와 화면 개인화에 사용합니다.
개인 메모는 함께 걷기 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 토스 미니앱의 익명 식별키가 저장되는 경우에도 이 서비스의 동행 서버로 전달하지 않습니다.

개인정보처리방침
작은 여행의 기록이 어디에 남는지, 함께 걷기 위해 어떤 정보가 오가는지 안내합니다.
먼저 알아두세요
온라인 올레길은 계정 없이 이용하는 3D 가상 여행입니다. 개인 메모와 설정은 기기에 저장합니다. 함께 걷는 동안에는 닉네임과 가상 여행 상태가 서버와 같은 방의 참여자에게 전달됩니다. 선택 분석을 지원하는 버전에서는 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 Google Analytics로 이용 통계를 보냅니다. 분석에 동의하지 않아도 여행 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. GPS 위치나 실제 걸음 수를 측정하는 서비스는 아닙니다.
1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 QCAMP Inc.가 운영하는 온라인 올레길의 웹, 토스 미니앱, Android 및 iOS 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱스토어, 토스, 운영체제, 이용자가 선택한 외부 공유 서비스가 자체적으로 처리하는 정보에는 해당 제공자의 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적
함께 걷기 정보
방 번호, 연결마다 생성하는 임의 세션 ID, 닉네임, 언어, 가상 코스 진행 거리, 이동 속도, 걷기·쉬기·인사 상태, 연결 시각을 서버에서 처리합니다. 동행 표시, 인원 제한과 연결 유지에 사용합니다.
같은 방의 참여자에게 닉네임, 세션 ID와 가상 여행 상태가 전달됩니다. Android·iOS 앱은 자동 생성한 별칭을 사용하고 다른 참여자의 이름도 안전한 별칭으로 표시합니다. 웹·토스에서는 직접 입력한 닉네임이 표시될 수 있으므로 개인정보를 넣지 마세요.
접속과 오류 정보
Cloudflare가 사이트와 동행 서버를 제공합니다. 운영 로그에는 요청 시각, 요청·응답 정보, 상태 코드, 실행 시간, 오류, IP 주소와 접속 환경 정보가 포함됩니다. IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 국가·도시 정보도 로그에 포함되며, 서비스 제공과 접속 진단, 장애 대응, 성능·보안 관리에 이용합니다. 기기 GPS로 측정한 위치는 아닙니다.
이러한 기술 운영 로그는 아래의 선택 분석과 별개입니다. 광고 추적이나 개인정보 판매는 하지 않습니다.
동의한 경우의 이용 통계
선택 분석을 제공하는 버전에서는 웹의 Google Analytics 4 또는 Android·iOS의 Google Analytics for Firebase를 이용합니다. 동의 후 생성되는 분석용 브라우저 식별자(쿠키) 또는 앱 인스턴스 ID, 앱 실행·세션과 기능 사용 이벤트, 사용 시각·시간, 언어, 기기 종류·운영체제·브라우저·앱 버전 등 기본 환경 정보, IP 주소에서 추정한 국가·지역 수준의 대략적인 위치을 처리하여 기능 이용 현황과 서비스 개선점을 파악합니다.
닉네임, 동행 세션 ID·방 번호, 개인 메모, 이메일 주소와 URL의 쿼리·이전 페이지 주소를 분석 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. 분석용 식별자는 함께 걷기용 식별자와 별개입니다. 광고 식별자 수집, Google Signals, 맞춤 광고 및 광고 계정 연동은 사용하지 않습니다. Google Analytics의 도시·기기 모델 등 상세 위치·기기 정보 수집도 꺼 두었습니다. 토스 미니앱과 분석 설정이 없는 이전 버전에서는 이 선택 분석을 실행하지 않습니다.
직접 공유하거나 문의한 정보
여행 카드와 기록 내보내기는 이용자가 실행할 때 생성됩니다. 설치형 앱은 공유를 위해 파일을 앱 캐시에 임시 저장하고, 운영체제의 공유 화면에서 이용자가 고른 대상에 전달합니다. 기록 내보내기에는 개인 메모가 포함될 수 있습니다.
이메일로 문의하면 발신 주소, 문의 내용과 첨부파일을 답변과 문제 해결에 이용합니다. 앱이 이메일 주소를 자동으로 수집하는 것은 아닙니다.
기기의 GPS 위치, 건강 정보·실제 걸음 수, 주소록, 마이크 또는 카메라 영상을 수집하지 않습니다. 여행 카드는 앱의 3D 화면에서 생성합니다. 앱 계정, 결제 정보나 광고 식별자를 요구하지 않습니다.
3. 정보가 전달되는 대상
- 같은 방의 참여자: 함께 걷기에 필요한 공개 닉네임과 가상 여행 상태를 받습니다. 개인 메모나 이메일 주소는 받지 않습니다.
- Cloudflare: 호스팅, 실시간 연결 및 운영·보안 처리를 담당합니다. 글로벌 인프라를 사용하므로 이용자의 거주 국가 밖에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- Google(선택 분석): 동의한 이후 분석 기능을 이용하는 동안 위의 분석 정보가 HTTPS로 Google Analytics 서버에 전송됩니다. Google LLC 및 서비스 제공 계열사·처리업체의 미국과 기타 시설 소재 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 분석과 서비스 개선이 목적이며, 거부하거나 철회해도 기본 여행 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. Google의 파트너 사이트·앱 정보 이용 안내, Google 개인정보처리방침, Google 데이터 처리 약관에서 처리 방식과 해외 처리에 관한 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자가 선택한 공유 대상과 이메일 제공자: 공유·저장한 파일 또는 문의 이메일을 처리합니다. 파일을 보내기 전에 내용을 확인해 주세요. 전달한 사본에는 해당 대상의 보관·삭제 정책이 적용됩니다.
정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법적 의무 이행 또는 서비스와 이용자의 권리 보호에 필요한 경우에는 해당 범위에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 기간
- 기기 내 기록: 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱·브라우저 저장공간을 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 운영체제나 브라우저의 백업·복원 설정에 따라 사본이 남거나 복원될 수 있습니다.
- 실시간 동행 세션: 연결 중인 상태를 서버와 Cloudflare Durable Objects의 연결 상태 저장 기능으로 유지합니다. 연결 종료 또는 연결 확인 시간 초과 시 활성 방에서 제거합니다. 장기 여행 기록용 서버 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 이 정리는 별도로 남는 운영 로그의 삭제와는 다릅니다.
- 운영 로그: 현재 이용 중인 Cloudflare Workers Paid 요금제의 로그 보관 기간은 7일입니다. Cloudflare 자체의 인프라·보안 처리에는 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다. Workers 로그 보관 안내
- 선택 분석: 분석을 제공할 때 이용자·이벤트 수준 데이터의 보관 설정은 2개월로 운영하고 새 활동에 따른 이용자 데이터 보관 기간 연장은 사용하지 않습니다. 기간이 지난 데이터는 Google의 월별 삭제 처리에 따릅니다. 이 설정은 개인별 이벤트가 아닌 표준 집계 보고서에는 적용되지 않습니다. 웹의 _ga 및 _ga_로 시작하는 분석 쿠키는 생성 시점부터 최대 60일로 설정하며, 활동할 때마다 만료일을 연장하지 않습니다. 브라우저가 더 일찍 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 인스턴스 ID는 앱의 분석 저장정보를 초기화하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때 바뀔 수 있습니다. 기기의 분석 식별자·동의 설정과 서버의 분석 기록은 서로 다른 저장 항목입니다. - 공유용 임시 파일: 앱 캐시에 보관되며, 앱을 실행할 때 하루가 지난 내보내기 사본을 정리합니다. 운영체제가 캐시를 먼저 지울 수도 있습니다. 다른 앱이나 사진·파일 보관함에 저장한 사본은 이용자가 해당 위치에서 삭제해야 합니다.
- 문의 이메일: 문의 해결과 필요한 후속 답변을 위해 보관하고, 목적을 달성하면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 분쟁 대응에 필요한 경우 해당 목적에 필요한 기간 보관할 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 선택과 삭제 방법
- 선택 분석을 지원하는 버전의 설정에서 “선택적 이용 통계”를 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 처음에는 꺼져 있으며, 동의하기 전에는 이 분석을 위해 Google에 정보를 보내지 않습니다. “수집 끄기”를 선택하면 이후 수집을 중단하고 웹의 분석 쿠키를 지우거나 설치형 앱의 분석 저장정보를 초기화합니다. 이 조작은 Google에 이미 전송된 기록을 즉시 삭제하는 기능은 아닙니다. 기존 분석 정보 관련 요청은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
- 함께 걷기 메뉴에서 방을 나가면 동행 정보 전송을 중단하고 혼자 여행할 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 실행하거나 방에 다시 참여하면 새로운 연결이 생길 수 있습니다.
- 개인 메모는 메모 목록의 삭제 기능으로 지울 수 있습니다. 설정의 코스 초기화는 해당 코스 진행 기록을 초기화하며 메모 전체를 지우지는 않습니다.
- 기기 내 데이터를 모두 지우려면 Android의 앱 저장공간 삭제, iOS의 앱 삭제 또는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능을 이용하세요. 앱 정리하기·보관하기는 데이터를 남길 수 있습니다. 백업과 직접 내보낸 사본은 별도로 확인해 주세요.
- 접근, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 관련 요청은 아래 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다. 계정이 없고 일부 정보는 기기에만 있으므로 서버에서 이용자의 기기 기록을 조회하거나 대신 삭제할 수 없습니다. 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한의 확인 정보를 안내하겠습니다.
6. 보호 조치와 변경 안내
웹과 동행 서버 연결에 HTTPS/WSS 암호화를 사용하고, 서버에서 입력 값과 방 인원·요청 빈도를 제한합니다. 개인정보를 메모나 닉네임에 불필요하게 넣지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 서비스 또는 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 서비스에서 안내하겠습니다.

Privacy policy
Where your little travel journal stays, and what is shared when you walk with others.
The essentials
Online Olle is an account-free 3D virtual journey. Personal notes and preferences stay on your device. During shared walking, your nickname and virtual journey state are sent to the server and people in the same room. Versions with optional analytics send usage statistics to Google Analytics only if you consent. You can use the journey features without analytics. The service does not measure GPS location or physical steps.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Online Olle website, Toss mini-app, Android app and iOS app operated by QCAMP Inc. App stores, Toss, your operating system and external services you choose may also process information under their own policies.
2. Information and purposes
Records on your device
Language, display and speed preferences, nickname, virtual distance and time, keepsake progress, personal notes and their dates are stored in app or browser storage. They let you resume your walk and keep your preferences.
Personal notes are not uploaded to the shared-walking server. Any anonymous Toss key stored by the mini-app is not sent to our shared-walking server.
Shared-walking information
The server processes the room number, a random session ID created for each connection, nickname, language, virtual route distance, speed, walking/resting/waving state and connection times. This supports shared avatars, room capacity and connection management.
People in the same room receive nicknames, session IDs and virtual journey state. Android and iOS use generated aliases and display other participants under safe generated aliases. The website and Toss mini-app may show custom nicknames; please keep personal information out of them.
Connection and error information
Cloudflare hosts the website and shared-walking service. Operational logs include request times, request/response information, status codes, execution times, errors, IP addresses and connection environment information. They also include approximate country and city inferred from the IP address. We use this information for service delivery, connection diagnosis, troubleshooting, performance and security. It is not location measured by device GPS.
These technical operational logs are separate from the optional analytics below. We do not perform advertising tracking or sell personal information.
Usage statistics with your consent
Versions offering optional analytics use Google Analytics 4 on the web or Google Analytics for Firebase on Android and iOS. After consent, analytics processes a browser identifier stored in cookies or an app-instance ID, app launches, sessions and feature-use events, event times and duration, language, basic environment information such as device category, operating system, browser and app version, and approximate country or region inferred from the IP address. This helps us understand feature use and improve the service.
We do not include nicknames, shared-room session IDs or room numbers, personal notes, email addresses, URL query strings or referring page addresses in analytics events. Analytics identifiers are separate from shared-walking identifiers. We do not use advertising identifier collection, Google Signals, personalized ads or advertising-account links. Granular location and device collection, including city and device model, is also disabled in Google Analytics. The Toss mini-app and earlier versions without an analytics setting do not run this optional analytics.
Information you share or email
Travel cards and record exports are created when you request them. Installed apps temporarily save export files in app cache and open the operating system's share sheet so you can choose a destination. Record exports may include your personal notes.
If you email support, we use your sender address, message and attachments to respond and resolve the issue. The app does not automatically collect your email address.
We do not collect GPS location, health data or physical step counts, contacts, microphone recordings or camera footage. Travel cards are generated from the app's 3D scene. The app does not request an account, payment details or an advertising identifier.
3. Who receives information
- People in the same room: receive the public nickname and virtual journey state needed for shared walking, but not your personal notes or email address.
- Cloudflare: provides hosting, real-time connectivity and operational/security processing. Its global infrastructure may process information outside your country. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google (optional analytics): after you consent, the analytics information above is sent over HTTPS to Google Analytics while you use features with analytics enabled. Google LLC, service-providing affiliates and processors may process it in the United States and other countries where they maintain facilities. Its purpose is analytics and service improvement; declining or withdrawing consent does not prevent use of the core journey features. - Your chosen sharing destinations and email providers: handle files you save or share and support emails you send. Check a file before sharing it. Copies you send are subject to the recipient's retention and deletion practices.
We do not provide information to third parties for advertising. We may process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights of the service and its users.
4. Retention
- Local records: remain until you delete them or clear app/browser storage. Copies may remain or be restored according to your operating system's or browser's backup settings.
- Live room sessions: are maintained on the server, including Cloudflare Durable Objects connection-state storage, while connected. Sessions are removed from the active room on disconnection or a connection-check timeout. We do not create a server account for a long-term travel history. This cleanup is separate from operational log retention.
- Operational logs: our current Cloudflare Workers Paid plan retains logs for seven days. Cloudflare's own infrastructure/security processing follows its provider policies. See Workers Logs retention.
- Optional analytics: when offered, user-level and event-level data retention is set to two months, with renewal of user-data retention on new activity disabled. Expired data is removed through Google's monthly deletion process. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Web analytics cookies named _ga or starting with _ga_ are set to expire within 60 days of creation, without renewal on activity; your browser may clear them sooner. An app-instance ID can change when app analytics storage or app data is reset. Analytics identifiers and consent preferences on your device are separate from analytics records on the server. See Google Analytics data retention.
- Temporary sharing files: stay in app cache; exported copies older than one day are cleaned up when the app starts. The operating system may clear cache earlier. Delete copies saved to another app, Photos or Files in that destination.
- Support emails: are retained to resolve the request and provide necessary follow-up, then deleted when that purpose is fulfilled. A necessary retention period may apply for legal obligations or dispute handling.
5. Your choices and deletion
- In versions that support optional analytics, use “Optional usage analytics” in Settings to change your choice. It starts off, and no information is sent to Google for this analytics before you consent. “Turn collection off” stops subsequent collection and clears web analytics cookies or resets installed-app analytics storage. This does not immediately delete records already sent to Google. Contact us below about previously collected analytics information.
- Leave the room in the shared-walking menu to stop sending live room data and continue alone. Reopening the app or joining a room again may create a new connection.
- Delete individual notes from the notes list. Resetting a course in Settings resets that course's progress; it does not delete all notes.
- To remove all local data, use Android's clear-app-storage option, delete the app on iOS, or clear the website's browser data. Offloading or archiving an app can retain its data. Check backups and files you exported separately.
- Email us for access, correction, deletion or other processing requests. Because there is no account and some records exist only on your device, we cannot look up or remotely delete those local records. We will explain any minimal information needed to handle your request.
6. Protection and updates
Website and shared-room connections use HTTPS/WSS encryption. The server validates input and limits room capacity and request rates. Avoid placing unnecessary personal information in notes or nicknames. If the service or its processing changes, we will update this page and its effective date, and communicate significant changes in the service.
